1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, uploading, activating, purchasing a license, or sending REST API requests to DirectRelay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Software License & Permitted Usage

DirectRelay employs a dual-licensing structure adhering strictly to WordPress open-source guidelines:

• DirectRelay Free: Released under the GNU General Public License v2 (or later). You are free to inspect, modify, and run the core free edition on any number of WordPress websites.
• DirectRelay Pro: Commercial extensions, human approval gateway workflows, advanced Rank Math schema transformers, OpenAPI specifications, and automated atomic rollback engines are licensed under proprietary commercial terms per purchased activation tier:
  • Single Site (Solo): Valid for 1 production domain (+ staging/local development domains).
  • Pro Marketer (3 Sites): Valid for up to 3 production domains with fleet licensing.
  • Agency / Unlimited: Valid for unlimited production and client domains managed by your agency.

You may not redistribute, publicize, leak, or resell your unique cryptographic DirectRelay Pro license keys.

3. REST API Access, Authentication & Security

DirectRelay exposes secure REST API endpoints specifically engineered for workflow automation systems such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Python scripts, and AI agents.

• Access Credentials: You are solely responsible for securing your WordPress Application Passwords, DirectRelay HMAC secrets, and API access tokens.
• Permission Callbacks: DirectRelay enforces WordPress capability gates (manage_options, edit_posts). You agree not to bypass or exploit these authentication barriers.
• Encrypted Transport: All API communication must be executed via TLS/HTTPS. We disclaim liability for unencrypted plaintext transmissions.

4. AI Automation & Content Governance

DirectRelay is engineered to facilitate autonomous content publishing from LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, DeepSeek, local Ollama nodes).

• Editorial Liability: You retain sole editorial, legal, copyright, and compliance responsibility for any content, text, media, or schema created or modified via DirectRelay on your site.
• Hallucination Guardrails: DirectRelay includes sanitization filters, word count triggers, and validation routines; however, DirectRelay does not guarantee the factual accuracy, legality, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
• Human-in-the-Loop Gateway: When utilizing signed review magic links, you are responsible for ensuring that approval URLs are distributed strictly to authorized reviewers.

5. SEO Engine Integration & Atomic Rollbacks

DirectRelay interfaces directly with Rank Math SEO and Yoast SEO metadata systems.

• Third-Party Notice: DirectRelay is an independent automation bridge and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rank Math, Yoast, or Automattic.
• Atomic Rollback Engine: If an image download fails or taxonomy tagging encounters an unrecoverable database exception mid-publish, DirectRelay's atomic engine will abort creation and clean up orphan media. While engineered for resilience, we strongly advise maintaining daily automated WordPress database backups.

6. Payment, Subscriptions & 14-Day Refund Guarantee

• Marketplace Purchases: Purchases completed through Envato Market / CodeCanyon are governed by Envato's Standard Refund Policy.
• Direct Purchases: Inquiries regarding license upgrades, renewals, and invoice receipts should be sent to inquiry@directrelay.wikiofautomation.com.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

You agree not to use DirectRelay to:

• Generate or distribute unsolicited spam, abusive SEO backlinks, defamatory material, or malware.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or forge cryptographic license validation tokens on the DirectRelay license server.
• Engage in denial-of-service (DoS) attempts against external API endpoints or remote servers.

8. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

DirectRelay is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiki of Automation disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall Wiki of Automation be liable for loss of profits, search engine ranking fluctuations, site downtime, data loss, or indirect damages arising out of the use of DirectRelay.
